We assisted with establishment of our client in the UK, which included substantial negotiations with “FMU” licence holder (one of the biggest MMA federations). We supported our client in its establishment entirely, including representing the majority shareholders in negotiations pertaining to shareholder agreement and associated documents. In addition we were involved in preparation of various contractual agreements with performers and promoters, each being individually negotiated and saw our client through to its first show, which was broadcast worldwide.
